I have an 83 CJ7 with power brakes . Brake fluid was leaking around the top of the master cylinder by the cover . so I replace the rubber gasket , still leaked , so I changed the cover top from another jeep , it still leaked . So I replaced the master cylinder and fluid is still leaking from the top by the cover . Can the power brake booster cause this problem ? I relpaced the booster about five years ago , it is a rebuild one from Carquest . thanks for any advice

The brake booster shouldn't cause this. It is possible you have a restriction in one of your lines causing the pressure made by the master cyl to come out the top. Make sure none of your rubber hoses are pinched anywhere, and then try to bleed the brakes. If no fluid comes from one of the wheels, then that line is restricted.
