I have an 04 tj that is stock height,I am curious as to what if any lift I can get by installing rubicon coil springs, I am planning to install a lift also but I am curious what the difference is.

I think you can use V8 grand cherokee coils and get several inches. Oh, and i happen to have a set of 4 for sale :)

there's nothing special about Rubicon springs themselves...

there were at least five different spring rates used on TJ's, depending on the build...

the engine, hard top vs. soft top, Sport, etc...the combination is what made the difference as to the springs involved...

you need to get the actual part numbers off yours, and look at the last three digits...

the fronts will be 126-130, and the rears will be 103-106 (or maybe vise-versa...it's been a long time since I had my stock springs)...

the higher the number, the stiffer the spring, so the more "lift" you'll see...

going from a 126 to a 130 would obviously net you the biggest gain...

DISCLAIMER: I do believe they made some part number changes in the last year or two or three of the TJ, so this data may be outdated...
