Jeep horn wiring help

My 99 Wrangler is a wiring hodgepodge, and I suck at figuring out wires, so I need help.

Any idea what these wires go to? I can’t read a schematic to save my life. Would these two with wire nuts be to the horn?

I know on my cherokee the horn works off of completing the circuit so if it is the horn you should be fine touching them together. It should then honk the horn. If those wires are not the horn and they touch who knows what will happen.

It should be the red/yellow wire according to this diagram. Looking at your picture it is still in the plug for the clock spring.

It should be the red/yellow wire according to this diagram. Looking at your picture it is still in the plug for the clock spring.
