Like everyone else said, drive it. Are there any vibrations? If yes, you either need to trop the transfer case, or better yet, just go ahead and bite the bullet and do a SYE. It will vary from one Jeep to another how much lift it takes to cause vibration. Anything over 2" gets you in the "danger zone". Some even get vibrations from a 2" budget boost. It all just depends.
