purchased a Jeep a while back and got shafted on the Title, anyone good with procedures or could help in this department willing to compensate for time/help

As long as you still have the bill of sale that he signed then call the dept of license and theft if not they will hand the vehicle over to the previous owner and arrest you for steeling it if the po wants to be a dick
