Jeep TJ Turn Signal Relocation Questions

Ok I about to start my front fenders on the TJ. I am looking at using the JK signals and mount them under the head lights on the TJ.

1st question is has anyone bought these from RockAuto.com the price is right I just want to be sure that it is the whole lamp housing and lens.

2nd question is has anyone ever did this with CJ lights, I have an old CJ grill with lights I can use.

Last question what are my other options, I have looked for LEDs but the only ones that I can find that are a "Turn Signal" and not a marker light is a 4 inch size light or a 6 inch oval light.

Not real sure on the "rules", but my guy will inspected with just the fronts
