Jeep tops

My wifes TJ is ready for a new top.I know Besttop makes a good top but hate to spend that much $$$ on a ragtop.Is anybody running a pavement ends top or can recommend a good quality top thats cheaper than a besttop???

NOPE. You get what you pay for in a top. The bestop will out last a pavement ends by a couple of years easily if you take car of it. Just my 2 cents.

x100 definitly get what you pay for in a top... Things like zippers breaking etc. make a cheep top worthless.

Get the BesTop Replace-A-Top. Save you big $$$.

I have a factory replacement soft top. 10x better than any Best top. You do get what you pay for.

x2 I put a best top on a friends jeep and I was not impressed. I tried talking him into sending it back. it lasted two winters

besides the OEM, the Bestop is definately #2 on the list.

In 2008, I picked up a OEM 2006 top for $250 from Craigslist. Guy had gotten the dual top option and had never used the soft top. It's worth a shot.

I bought a pavement ends last summer, so far so good. Im not sure what was on it before but was

also ive seen some hardtops for cheap on here and craigslist latly if ya wanna go that route.

and I have a discount card quadratec sent me for a besttop let me look for it and see if it is still good if it is you can have it

The way I trade we might not have it two more years,but I see what your sayin.We have the 1/2 doors and she likes them so I'm gonna leave them.She tends to not get caught up in changin/building/modifieing as easily as I do.

I got a Rugged Ridge top for mine $325 or so, I didn't want a real nice top seeing how it see the trail allot and will get torn up, The top is not a bad top, its fits pretty well and has held up so far.

Not a bad top if you want a cheap one. Mine has the tinted window option with upper soft doors. I had a best top before that the zippers finally wore out.
