hmmm well braking it down some, its says AMC racing so that dates it to the AMC days of jeep. I know from my jeep history books Jeep did sponsor some teems in several jeep events, more like rally racing stuff. Might help narrow your search down some.. Also the J on jeep is curved differently than the newer stuff so that seems to be original for that mid/late 70s time period.

or someone found a really ugly orange white and blue jacket and some patches and sewed them on....
