Ok I remember reading about some electric fan that everybody was putting on their wrangler, maybe off of a taurus or something. My Wrangler has got an electric on it now, but its weak. Just looking for something I can get out of a yard cheap. thanks

It is a Taurus fan, I believe mine is off a 96'

There are one and two speed models, But Mine is a one speed and pulls like a beast. It almost bolts directly to the radiator in the existing fan shroud holes. I had to fab up one mount the others lined up.

Here ya go, Read away.

thanks scored a 2 speed from Pull a part for $15!!

Very nice find

Yeah only negative is the shroud is too wide for stock radiator, I bet the single speed like you got fits perfect, it looked narrower at the junkyard

i have the compleate flex-a-lite fan kit on my 4.0 wrangler. i love it except for that gay looking temp. probe you stick in the radiator and then curl the rest of the probe line up in a bunch. The Taurus fan is the way to go. How do you have your fan wired?

I have the gay temp sensor also, But I wired it to a two position toggle and a 30 amp relay, Up is running through the temp sensor, down is direct power to the relay, middle is off. This way I can bypass the temp if need and kill the fan power if needed. I also have an led wired to the fan so that when its running the light is on.

Here is the my diagram of how its wired,
