To sum it up quickly, it runs great unless it sits at idle for about 20 minutes. Then is misses bad and backfires, no power. I have ran OBDII scanner with nothing showing up, and also did the ignition test for codes only showing 12 and 55. (which is apparently the beginning and the end of test) With no other codes in between. I have replaced plugs, wires, coil, distributor, o2 sensor, fuel pump, filters (fuel and air), tps sensor, ASD relay, and on and on. Nothing stops this problem. Do you think replacing the ECU is the next on the list?
 
Had the wires checked. That's a good idea about swapping with a buddy just to see if it would work!
 
it was bad wiring in the tps sensor!
