Jeep ZJ 5.2 engine sensor problems

okay so to start it off my headgasket blew, i bought a head gasket kit and pulled out the engine and put it on an engine stand to learn about it. I ripped apart engine and all the bearings were good and camshaft showed little to know wear and cylinder ridges were perfect and block looked rebuilr, then i put head gasket back on and ran engine and head gaskets blew again because the heads had tiny crack in them so i had to get new heads for it, after a few oil changes and mistakes (forgeting to tighting the rocker arms) i got it started and it ran perfect with out any problems in acceleration, but now as it sits it keeps throwing codes for the throttle position sensor and manifold abosolute pressure sensor it will not even drive it bogs down and sputters. Even after i went to junk yard and bought sensors to see if it would fix the problem it still threw up the codes, tomorrow i will be checking voltage from the pcm but i checked them about a week ago and i believe the map sensor was between 5 and 6 volts and it was in that range so idk any input or thought would be great. Also to make it more understanding im 19 and ive done everything to this car and im not so much experienced as i am willing to learn but i know how to turn a wrench
 
no only thing ive done to distributor is replace cap because i smashed it and i did try to use my dadstiming gun yesterday but wouldnt even idle right to check thing is just being a pain in my a**
 
im thinking the tps/ map sensor codes are usually caused by a vacuum leak. or in your case i would probably suspect restricted exhaust causing low man. vacuum. start there. put a vacuum gauge on it and see what you have idling and under accelleration.
