Jeep ZJ door hinge stops

wnyone know how to replace the stops on the hinge. Or if you can?

The little bearing looking seals. They look like they are pressed onto the hinge that is welded on the door.

Can you measure the diameter and length of those with calipers? I have an idea of something that may work as a replacement. They'll be about $20-25 for cheap ones each though. Cheaper if you find a bushing type instead of bearing type.

Go look for a cam follower (also called track roller).
