JK Heater Hoses

Anybody have any suggestions on the best way to replace these? I can't get my fat hands back in there and it just pisses me off. The factory clamps are facing down, which just makes it harder.

Has anyone done this job? Any advice? Did you remove any parts to make the job easier?

This was supposed to be a simple job...

Well, got em done. There ain't shit on the Internet about this job, so I'm assuming nobody is doing them yet. I'm a maintenance dude so hose have to be done BEFORE there is a problem. Ended up removing the upper intake, which enabled me to get to everything. Removed the passenger side tire and splash shield to access the EGR tube lower bolts. Even with all that they're still a PIA.

Climbing around in the engine bay of a lifted JK ain't fun. I'll be sore in unusual places tomorrow.
