In question is a 2009 unlimited jk.
The control arms have no brand or writing on them. Solid black fixed. They do have a small white dot on each about the size of a dime.

stock arms or factory.

They look stock to me. If I remember correctly, I think my stock ones had a dot on them also. Most aftermarket JK arms are adjustable. That aluminum looking piece is not stock, I have not seen that before.

So jk's can run stock arms and 35's??

I have been trying to figure out what brand/size lift it has but I cannot find a single part number or etc on any part. The arms are all fixed non adj. the coils have no marks.

It is taller than a 2.5 for sure to my eyes comparing others
No spacers all spring.

I need to do some reading as I have 100% ignored the jk models and do not know much about them or there lifts/quirks.

Yes you can keep OEM arms and run 35's. They get a bit "flighty" however.

Budget boosts are very popular with the JK market. Look for spacers sitting on top of the factory springs.

A few after market manufacturers do offer fixed length control arms.

Here are measurements for a stock JK. You can compare your measurements against this and see how much lift you have.

How does she drive? Are the axles shifted?

4" is actually quite a bit of lift on a JK.

Not great. ....Not terrible or a complete handful but it feels to have quite a bit of bump steer and misc IMO. Tires are a little ate up so that has a little to do with the negative road manors.

Will know more soon when the new tires get put on.

Jk factory arms are tough, but as another said 4 inches on a jk is tall, that is 37inch plus tire clearance tall. With the stock arms youre caster is probably way off and can be remedied with adjustable lowers. You also need to pay attention to the front driveshaft, at that lift height the boot on the factory cv can tear at flex. The lower control arm skids of that type work pretty well, mine have held up well. NIce Jeep too, like the color.
