I just got a 15 jku sport , can I run 315 70 17s on 17x9 wheels with the rc 2.5 lift , it's the lift with just shocks and springs. Any input or pix would help. Thanks

Congrats on the new Jeep!
You just bought a 30,000 dollar plus Jeep, why put the cheapest chinese lift kit out there on it. Keeping it budget minded, use two inch coil spacers and put a set of qauilty shocks on it. Also keep in mind that it being a sport, it most likely has 3.21 gears, your gas mileage will be horrible with 35,s, you will lose power, even in 4lo in the woods you will be geared way too high.

With those tires on stock wheels you will have to run spacers or they will rub, if they are an aftermarket wheel they need to be at least 4.5 backspacing.

Rough Country lift kits are well worth the money. With that being said you get what you pay for. I would look for a set of quality progressive 2-2.5 springs and buy some fox or Bilstein shocks and be done with it. If you have 3.73's you will be ok for a while.

I did order it with 3.73's . I'm ordering black xd hoss 17x9's . As far as the lift , I picked the RC because it's the wife's jeep and she wants it to be a mall crawler , so would ya still use the RC since it won't see the off road ?

No,I wouldnt use RC springs, I see many that sag quickly. I would just use a budget boost with spacers and qaulity shocks, thats just my opinioun. Whatever route you go, like AbadJeeper and Buckeye are telling you, use qaulity parts.

Any opinion on zone lifts ? It's been a few since I messed with jeeps , I used the old rubicon express on my tj's , but I hear they are cheap now.

We'll after much debate I went back to rubicon express, I got the 2.5 springs with the bilstiene 5100 shocks, track bar bracket and extended sway bar links. She will be riding on xd hoss 17x9's wrapped in 33x12.50 Falken at's
