I am contacting you about Job openings that you may know about in the triad area. I was recently laid off and I'm in search of a good paying job to replace the one I lost monday afternoon.​

Here are afew of my skills that I have, but all of them are not listed:​

Technical Skills:​

Computer Experience: ​

• Windows Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Setup and operate graphic design equipment

Building Maintenance Experience:​

• Electrical: Installation of wiring with romex and in electrical pipes, Troubleshooting electrical systems with digital VOM meter, Installation of light fixtures, hot water heaters, stoves, dishwashers, light switches.
• Carpentry: Install and replace studded walls, sheetrock, tile and vinyl floors, ceiling and baseboard molding.
• Plumbing: Install and replace sinks, commodes, faucets, and piping.

Grounds Maintenance Experience:​

• Landscaping layout with mulch, Sod, and pine needles
• Trim and prune shrubbery and trees
• Golf course and Residential mowing

Mechanical Experience: ​

• Welding and Metal Fabrication
• Automobile repair and maintenance including:
  • Replacing rear end axles and transmissions
  • Engine head gasket repair and engine tune up
