Howdy NOAS Crew!
I hope everyone’s been doing well this spring~ We’re about 5 weeks out from our second run of the year (June 18-21) this time to Wind Rock Offroad Park in Oliver Springs, Tennessee!

NOTICE
We’re trying to start a better system for knowing how many people to plan for food, so please fill out this trip questionnaire (NOAS Event Sign Up)
JUST clicking that you're going on the Facebook Event is NOT enough to be counted in the preparations for the Saturday evening meal, and will likely not be able to eat the club prepared meal…
MEMBERSHIP RAFFLE
As we’ve done before the past several events, we're going to be having a membership drive raffle! These raffles have gear and goodies from our club sponsors~
This first raffle will be a beanie and 1 year membership to OnX Offroad trail GPS and maps from OnX Offroad and some goodies from Benchmark Abrasives
(Please be sure tag our sponsors and the club in any social media posts so they can see the benefit of continued sponsorship of our club)
The rules are simple: have your membership dues paid by 06/10/2026 at 12:00 PM and you're automatically entered!
(You must have all applicable information filled out in the PayPal notes for it to count.)
The drawing will be sometime after that on Facebook Live, and will be announced at a later date.

Annual Membership Information
All memberships are valid for the calendar year in which payment is received, with the last event being our annual Uwharrie run.
Membership Rates:
Single: $35
Family (up to 4 members – max 2 adults + 2 children): $45
Family (5+ members – max 2 adults + all children): $60
When submitting your payment via PayPal, please include the following in the Notes section:
Full names of all members (for family memberships)
T-shirt sizes: 2 sizes for small family membership 3 sizes for large family membership
Complete physical address
All applicable phone numbers
One email address per paid membership
Important: Even if you believe we already have your information, please provide all details again so we can ensure our records are current.

REGISTRATION & LIABILITY RELEASE - (Everyone entering the park must have a trail pass) Online Land Use Permit - Windrock Park Campground - Reservations
(If you pre-register, you can pick up the pass and skip the line for registration)
1 Day Pass - $34.62 adult / $14.58 under 16
2 Day Pass - $59.23 adult / $23.69 under 16
3 Day Pass - $79.27 adult / $30.07 under 16
(PLEASE PICKUP YOUR PASS BEFORE THE PLANNED TRAIL RIDING TIME)
TRAIL MAPS: Printed trails map available at the General store $7

ACCOMMODATIONS: Windrock Park Campground - Reservations
The club will be staying at several places in the park's camping area.
You need to reserve a spot if you haven't already.
FOOD & FUEL: Due to Oliver Springs being so close, there is Food (both groceries and restaurants) and Fuel readily available around the park.

Power washer station available (Only uses tokens, buy at general store $2/3min)

WIND ROCK RULES:
A release form must be signed by each person (which includes vehicle operators and passengers) entering upon the Property. A COPY OF THIS FORM MUST BE CARRIED ON THEIR PERSON.
Speed limit is 5 mph in all parking areas and 15 mph on all campground roads, Trail P-1, and the connector trail.
Travel is limited to marked trails and must adhere to vehicle specific trail designations. Streams and stream beds shall be avoided where possible.
Stay away from all reclaimed mined areas, active mining areas, logging operations and gas/oil facilities.
Littering, smoking, firing of weapons, open fires, fireworks, alcohol, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited and violators will be barred from the Property.
Proper safety equipment must be worn. ATV, SxS, and dirt bike riders under 18 years of age must wear a helmet
