Hey guys, I decided to buy a truck to drive while my M3 motor is being built with forged internals and slapping a nice big turbo on her. I figured, maybe buy a 4x4 for cheap, build her up some, and have some fun in the process. I was really wanting a mid 80s toyota, but I came across this one for $900. she runs but is low on power, is missing 3rd gear, and needs new breaks. Ive been searching this morning for some parts warehouses, or online parts stores that carry new/slightly used parts for this truck. Is there anything you guys can recomend? I found www.autohausaz.com which I used to buy my M3 motor gaskets and various other oem things to replace with a motor build. They have the breaks and carb rebuilds, but not too much else.

Also, I think the past owner didnt tune the carb correctly, seems like its dumping under high throttle and high RPMs. What kind of carb does this truck have? best way to adjust it? Its been awhile since ive worked with a carb, last time was my buddies 1970's mini with dual webbers. Before that it was my brothers 1968 mustang. But its still been 5+ years.

Any help of info is greatly apprecdiated. im trying to get this thing running right before I lift her some and add some 33's.

4x4parts.com is exclusively Nissan too

Anyone near charlotte/mooresville know anything about the Carbs on the 85 720? its sputtering pretty badly. when you blip the throttle it sputters, if you slowly raise the throttle its fine. but under some load of higher throttle it hesitates badly. the past owner messed up the vacuum lines, so Im starting there and the fuel filter.
