Kickass food spots near Huntersville NC??

Do some shopping and looking for a good spot to eat local type food I’m Huntersville any recommendations?
 
Not looking for just home style type food, we’re ooen to try new good stuff too!
 
Lake town tavern in Cornelius has some really good pizza.

131 Main in Cornelius is awesome. Pricey though, $80-$100 for two.

I don't usually eat burgers and pizza in this area so I'm no help there (I save that stuff for those 20 times a year that I'm travelling).

Don't know why I'm drawing a blank now...

There are a couple of awesome taco trucks but it's Sunday and they take the day off so not a great day for that.

If you want good coffee, go to Waterbean. We have a lot of Starbucks here, but I don't go to them and they don't get my money because Starbucks.

Asian fusion. The chef/owner is a tall Chinese man who grew up in Calcutta India. If you like spicy try the chili baby corn or Michaels Chicken. We used to drive down from statesville just to eat there.

Isn't that place called fusion 108, the right next killingtons? The owner sold that place and open the noodle place in birkdale.
 
We moved in '14 so it could of changed. I hope he's doing well wherever he is. That place set the bar all others are judged by. Lol.
