Hey y’all, don’t get on here much but I can’t see the build threads for some reason…
I’m working on a 1st gen Yota and need some help/ inspiration for the front half and coilover mounts.

It's because the forum software has been updated (a few times) since the last post in that thread in 2012 and the links are dead.
If you go to the search feature, you can select which forum to search and use a really generic search term like "the", you'll get a pretty clean 5 page list of results with enough info to gauge what the thread is about:

And when you post a thread or want to keep track of one that you like you can choose to "Watch" it and it will be in your "watched" threads.

These are as fresh as they get… each one has less than 50’ if I add up the few times I’ve rolled it out the garage haha

Was hoping to come up with something a little different for the coilover mounts that would leave more room in the engine bay for future activities… but in the name of forward progress I went with a traditional hoop. Sure wish I had a plasma table so I could make quick work out of some custom tabs… these off the shelf units just aren’t going to cut it.

Been making some solid progress in the shop,
Shock hoops all tied in and it looks like I can run full width grill and headlight setup with “minor” trimming.

I’m glad the tube work looks decent without the sheet metal too. That’s all I could ask for.

After a good hiatus, I’ve realized that 4cyl life ain’t for me… out with the 22r/w59…
In with the 2uz, r150/ax15 hybrid.
Hopefully end result is worth it as this is quite a few big steps backwards.
