After I tore my ACl and MCL I used a Don Joy brace during sports. Not sure if that is what you are looking for or not.

Ossur CTi Ligament Knee Brace | The Brace Shop (click the tab that says knee at the top of the page)You can spend a fortune if you want depending on what you want. I wear Asterisk knee braces when racing my dirt bike and they were pricey ($800 or so) but I would gladly write a check for that amount to fix my knee if I didn't have them.
