Have a long list to go down before we can put it on the market.
I had a new insulated garage door installed, fixed my garage door opener and bought a new keypad and opener transmitter for it.
Then I put a new faucet and new hardware in my downstairs bathroom, along with new doorknob and hinges to replace the fubared ones.
Tomorrow I'm going to fix some piping under the house that the idiot PO screwed up.
Then I have to replace some siding and trim and repaint what needs it outside.
Man, it sucks to do this much work to a house you want to sell, but it definitely makes it more marketable!
