Once again I must check in looking for my coveted trooper!

Still searching! Know of any close to Hickory?

If you do find one and need parts-the pull-a-part junkyard in Charlotte usually has 3-4 on hand.......Just stay away from the yotas!!!:flipoff2:

I have a friend here in Shelby who has one for sale. Not sure what year it is.

because they're one of the baddest vehicles on the face of the planet:flipoff2: seriously though, they are pretty underated as very solid stock/mildly built rigs. aftermarket support is growing steadily.

exactly this reason, plus they look good, and can haul 5 people and supplies anywhere :D

your friend is in Shelby you say? Just took a trip out to Morganton tonight to check on one...1600 and it wasnt in too good of condition exterior wise...interior was pretty bad too from what I could see...(got there at like 6 ish, the place was closed, but the doors on the Trooper were open!)

Do you think your friend is willing to go down a bit? I see the radio is pulled, minor stains and upholstry rips, as well as something wrong with the front bumper..

yea, thats what i meant! I believe i sent him a PM on that other board!
 
Sounds good. He is trying to get rid of it, we dont really frequent our club board too much, but I will call him tomorrow to make sure he checks it.

He actually already sent me back a PM. Says hes not wanting to go too low, but IMO for a 200,000+ truck with a messed up front bumper and missing the radio, with rather large stains on the carpet...he wont get rid of it for anything less than 800-900
 
Well glad to see he got back to ya rather fast. I dont know anything about value of those things or not or if that stain can be taken out easily or not. But if ya didnt tell him what you think is fair, make an offer and see if he cant fix some stuff to make it more suitable for the price he is asking.
