Just got through trading my 83 yota for this samurai from quickracer today. Info wagoneer dana 44's underneath both axles locked. Full inside cage and a full exo cage thanks for the great work on the exocage and mounting the winch jim. Plans for it put my 38.5 boggers and beadlocks on it, put a 6.5to one kit in the transfer case eventually chrome moly front axles.

The poor sammi is at the mercy of that warn 8274.you will never get stuck with that piece bolted to the front of the sammi.Good luck with it,keep me updated.

just ordered a 6.5 to 1 kit for my transfer case and have decided to go full hydro steer hope I can get all this stuff here and installed by first farm event
 
new goodies

7.3 orbital valve, 2.25 x 8 dual ended ram, column, and brackets ordered for full hydro set up from PSc steering. Also ordered heavy duty cradle and brakets for transfer case. All of this should be here next week so be busy week and a half leading up to the farm event.
 
update got the 6.5 to 1 gears in my transfer case... Thanks to Larry's Muffler shop. Came home to find all my parts for the steering had arrived. All this is the good news. Now the bad news carb is shot may not rebuild it or buy a new one, might be going to go propane so we will see the days are going fast hope it makes it to the Farm.

Finally went to the local body shop picked out some new seats and got them mocked up.

Since the farm event also have removed gas tank, removed front shocks to get ready for hoops and longer shocks, remounted winch, and fixed broken transmission mount.
