lakeside camping at URE?

anyone know if there is anywhere to camp in uwharrie that is only accessible by the water? and if so, can you leave a truck at the boat ramp over night?
 
I think you can still camp on some of the banks of Badin Lake where it joins UNF. We used to but thats been 4-5 years ago.
