...FYI, takes effect October 1.

Big change to note is that purple paint is now allowed to provide notice of no trespassing instead of signs. Stripe should be 3-5 feet from the base of the tree, 8" wide (vertically) and repeated every 100 yards or closer.

All hunters must have written permission on their person from the landowner, dated within the last 12 months.
