Currently our shop is 30,000 sq.ft. here in Belews Creek. We are looking to at least triple our square footage. We have looked in Madison, High Point, Kernersville, Winston-Salem but haven't quite found anything that fits the bill. I thought I'd try here to see if any of y'all knew of any buildings in these area's or near by Triad area. We need 90,000 sq.ft. + with shop and office space.

:driver:

Thanks Steve

i know of a few buildings that just shutdown in High Point. I will get their addresses and send those over to you...

I think that 1 of them will def fit what you are lookin for, the other two might be a bit big

i'm just curious, what 30k sq ft shop do you have in Belews Creek? It isn't a huge place.

It is not on a main road. Their shop is really cool. I bought some stuff a while back from them and got a tour of their facility. Lots of projects, but the coolest was the Year one Camaro that made cover of Hot Rod magazine.

Steve - Did you guys contact realtors? or going it alone?

Thanks for the input guys, I will check out High Point a little harder. Yes we are currently working with several realtors.

Yeah we are right on the Lake, off HWY 65. Name of the business is Classic Automotive Restoration Specialists Inc. we are a full blown national restoration facility 50+ frame off cars at a time and 33 full time employees. Oh and by the way thats OUR HOT ROD 1 Camaro not Year Ones, we do very little business with them as they are merely a parts house.

Yo,

Miller Furniture is closing down in High Point. I understand some of their space is already listed with realtors. Its my understanding that they have very large buildings. Look them up on the internet for exact locations. I will say they are just off business 85 from 311? only a few blocks.

Sorry man didn't mean to steal your thunder on the Hot Rod 1. That is the badest ride I have ever seen upclose. You guys do a fantastic job!! I thought that year One had something to do with it............but apparently I was wrong!:handed:

No problem, but nothing really wrong with Year One, actually we supply all their Camaro bodies but be buy direct from the manufacturers rather than introducing them as a middle man.

We've got a few others that are inprogress way more badass than the green Hot Rod car. Several Camaro builds and a supercharged LS2 '51 Chevy just finished up that placed in the top seven at Detroit Auto Rama which is where the Riddler Award is given, and also won its glass at the SE Goodguys Nationals this year. If you wanna see some of the stuff we have done check out our site, it needs some updating I know I just need to make more time.

Miller Furniture is the exact plants that I know of that shutdown. The owners are personal friends and I could possibly talk to them if need be for ya. I know that they have a few plants along different sides of town as well. The plant that I seem to think would be perfect for what you are looking for is more along the thomasville side of town. I can get the exact road name for you.

Let me know.

Wayne McDonald bought the hooker buildings in Kernersville and is in the process of turning them into Condos, Retail Shops etc.

If you find a second please grab the names of those roads, any new leads we can get right now are great.

There is a wharhouse next to my shop that is up for rent. Just off of Hwy 109 at I-40. I'm not sure of the sq. ft. I can get the number on Monday when I get back from Florida.
