Lawn Sprinkler Repair-er in Winston?

Anyone from Winston that does lawn sprinkler repairs? One of my customer's parents live there and need something very basic, I think just a head replaced but they're old and can't do it anymore. It sounds like the people they are having come out and look might be trying to take them for a ride.
