I know most of you will say leave it coils but me personally like leaf springs alot better. my ?? is what leafs does every one seem to think flexs better? im looking at either XJ rear leafs or waggy leafs for the fact the pin is off set. this will be for the front of the ZJ and 63" chevy springs in the rear. thanks for all the help guys

i know buddy im just playing.lol but yea wagoneer leafs and xj leaves are both popular options used in the yj. so i dont see why it would be any different for ur zj. if i were you id definitely work on reinforcing the unibody before you consider mounting leafs under there.

not only that, also consider that zj's wieght alot more than xj's. my zj with me and my trail tools in it (minus my spare tire) weighs around 4,500lbs.

oh yea im going to be doing alot of reinforcing as well as tying the sliders into everything to help almost make a frame under the rig. i know the zj is alot heavier then the xj and i was thinking the added weight would help the leafs flex a lil better. this isnt going to see any really hard trails just URE and mud mostly but i do have a very heavy foot. thanks for the input guys please keep it coming
