Ok dodge front 60/K5 blazer

stupid driver side banjo fitting will not stop leaking regardless of what we do, tryed millin different copper washer combo's, tryed several banjo bolts, tryed getting another brake line, tried thread tape, no matter what we cant get the fitting to stop leaking, the calliper was in a running vehicle working fine b4 it was swapped into the K5 so Is the next step to buy another calliper to see if thats whats messed up?

Thanks

Use NEW washers, the thicker the better, be sure you have the line positioned correctly, or it'll never seat.

you'll know if the banjo is in the correct position if the sealing grooves left in the washer are impressed the full circumferance of the washer ( this is how it seals) You'll waste one or 2 getting it right. ( they come in packs of 10 if you buy them right)

Reusing old washers is a waste of time, you'll never get them to seal

Try hitting the caliper with a flat file and see if you can find any high spots, ive had to clean a few up that way in the past.

(Also try hit the washers with a small propane torch to soften them up. )

ricky make sure younuse the copper washers.

if you cant get it to seal i have to quesion if you have the right banjo bot for your calipers
