Anyone had any experiance with any of the systems on the market now?

Tips?

I've been contemplating the rosetta stone option. Haven't heard of rocket language - thanks for the link.

Rossetta stone is the first think that pops up when anyone thinks of learning a language. I found the rocket site earlier this morning. Its 100 bucks cheaper and all online. Other then that, thats all I know about it.

I was hoping some one has used one of these or another. I know its about the same but i'd rather hear it on here then read it in the reviews section on their site.

The instant immersion looks like its the same as the rossetta stone but you get 1, 2, and 3 for $44 vs. just 1 for $240

I have used Rosetta stone before to learn Chinese. I did not however give it the ole college try and only learned a few words. But, to the credit of the software I only used it for about a week for 20 min a day. So cumulatively 2 1/2 hours worth of studying taut me how to say "Hello, how are you? My name is Mike". I haven't tried the other one.
