LED multi-function lights?

Does anybody have a source for a flush mount LED multi-function light?
I need something that will fit into a 3.5" x 15" opening and I'd like the reverse, brake & turn signal lights to be incorporated in the same housing if possible. At a minimum, I'd like brake & turn signal in the same housing.
 
oval or square?
I think I can get both with all the functions. I know for sure I can get the brake, turn but it will be red. If your running a factory separated turn (amber lt.) you'll also need an adapter to make it work right. Not the old trailer hitch type. I can get some slick small inline pieces that work for each light. Call me at 828-217-3994
