left blinker doesn't blink

on my tj...the right one blinks fine but the left one just lights up and does not blink. What do you guys think? Looks like all of my bulbs are good and lighting up. Thanks

Could be a ground issue. Pull the bulbs on that side, wiggle them and retry.

could be the turn signal switch going bad. Thats how mine started out before the switch took a shit.

i had the same thing happen to my 97, turns out it was the side marker light in the front being corroded in the socket, cleaned it up with some super corr and it worked fine

Have you made any changes that would cause this problem(rewiring or adding lights)? Most of the time with my cj its grounding issues.

This is the same thing mine did on my 97, Its common.

just fixed a 80's chevy no left turn.

2 problems found

1 = new turn signal switch

2 = new front bulb sockets as the ground tab was broken off and the bulb body wouldnt contact the tab that was left.

fixed these and all fine now.
