....then the cheezey clutch linkage came apart and the stock tie-rod folded when I backed off it
Now I have a hydraulic clutch and 1.5" DOM steering. Take that you old mule!

Do I get the prize for the stockest jeep (Boobie prize, that is.... ) Here's mine, bought it in April, slowly making changes. This was taken at the Outpost while waiting for folks to arrive.

River Rock, GA the infamous Carnage rock...
The mud on front bumper is from a previous nose dive where I literally drove down a trail on front wheels only scraping up 200 lbs. of mud in front of me! I was 2 heartbeats from an indo... what do ya do....?

That 2nd pic looks like a fun trail, where is that at (river rock?)

Yes, it's River Rock in Milledgeville. Highly recommend going if you've never been. Plenty of videos on youtube of the place, but of course it never does justice. It's about a 3 hour ride for me from Columbia at Jeep speed (60). The name of that trail is "powerline" is all I know. It's one of those that's pretty much a spectator hill when it's wet. i was lucky enough to run it dry and still broke trying. Better eat your wheeties in the mornin' for that one!

Or puttin my hand on the slider, heading into a big rock with wheels spinning:shaking:
yeah your right, bad habit broken. One of the only times I've ever leaned out the Jeep, one of those one in a million shots I guess.

ha that is my buddy willie's old xj, that thing never broke on him, it's funny when we went wheeling he was always the chase/parts running vehicle for all of our mishaps, mildly built but he beat the snot out of that thing and it never broke, not once!
