Yep, all the time.you ever drive this to UNC feel like I have seen it there before
dont worry, its in the plans. im still slowly collecting parts to do itYeah man nice runner but why not go ahead and SAS it??
i welded my rear once. it wore the tires down fast. but then put a locker in. i run 37s and 5.29 gears there no way i could dd it with the stock gears.Hey Xlain,, 4runner looks real good! im curious how you daily drive with 36's stock gears and welded. What is your top speed? I do a lot of highway driving. do you always make really wide turns? does it ever get frustrating? Im thinking of welding my rear diff on my dd. it will help to know what im in for.

33s are cheaper than 37sdick lol that why i put the locker in when i moved 2 a bigger tirePussy
When I had 32" SSR's with the welded rear, I couldn't get them to chirp, 34" LTB couldn't get them to chirp either. But the 36" Tsl's chirp if I try.Hey Xlain,, 4runner looks real good! im curious how you daily drive with 36's stock gears and welded. What is your top speed? how about tire wear? is it noticeable? When I had 32" SSR's with the welded rear, I couldn't get them to chirp, 34" LTB couldn't get them to chirp either. But the 36" Tsl's chirp if I try.
Otherwise it's not a big deal, you can feel it a little bit in parking lots, but otherwise it's non-existent on road.
Off road? It's like a new world of wheeling, point it somewhere, it goes there.
As far as on road with 36's and stock gearing, I don't get to use 5th anymore, but I do keep up with the other cars on I-40 on my way to unc, so I assume i'm going a little over 65.
Here's a better picture that I got playing with my new camera.
I didn't buy the tsl's for their longevity, but You can tell that the fronts wear slower, just have to rotate them around.how about tire wear? is it noticeable?
Here is an old pic of mine when it had a bed and 44"s
and 42"s
