It should, might be a little sluggish. I ran 35s with 4.10 for a while, it was slow and left you wanting more gearing but it wasnt too bad.

so its not going to have speed? What bout in the mud and crawlin will it have power?

Speed no, but in low range you should be ok if you have a manual. Auto you'll prob hate life. It should be bearable until you can regear. Go 4.88 if you plan to stick to 33s or 5.29s if you plan to go bigger.
