leveling kit?

when you get a leveling kit. can it be used as a 2" to 2.5" lift kit?

and is it used on the front and rear? and how hard is it to put in?

all a leveling kit for 97-03 f150s is a new set of torsion keys that have been clocked differently. the keys arent hard to swap but u do need a torsion bar tool so u can safely unload the bars. and with a leveling kit the front is only going to get lifted
