Actaully they didnt even start the mud pit for everyone else. It was started so they could have a place to test the Comp trucks then it just evolved into people coming and playing. The money you pay at the gate is put right back into the upkeep of the land and everything that goes with that. They dont care about the money, they already have plenty of it. Its just a place to play and thay could care less if anyone else comes or not.

The reason the pit is only open on sundays is during the competition season they are usually somewhere else running their Comp trucks so they cant be there too. I know those guys personally and they are a great group of people (i ran the gate for them for years) but the biggest thing is you have to remember they arent doing it for everyone else so just go when they are open, pay your money to get in and support them, and have fun. If the pit wasnt there where would you go to play (that is legal).

I think its great what they are doing and Im glad its there, but I hate to drive 30 minutes on a day they are supposed to be open and have to turn around and drive back because they are closed. That kinda makes me mad that they cant pay some kid 20 bucks to sit out there for a couple hours and collect money, for those of us that arent local.

No. They used to but they are on other people's property and if the owner of the pit catches you on them its your ass. Just dont go in the woods and your OK.
