license plate and gas cap relocation?

I bought a set of poison spider rockers and corner crushers(welded together). So im going to have to cut the back corners out when I install them. I have a 95 YJ so I know I need to get the get the round tail lights for it . Does anyone have any suggestions or has done it before, help a brotha out .
