lift amount Q?

I measured my truck the other day and it was 38 1/2" to the bottom of the wheel lip and 38" same place for the back. it has block under the rear springs that are about 2" tall.. do these trucks come stock with blocks in the back? the truck has 33" tires on it right now.
 
I'm thinking it might have a two to four inch lift, depending on if it also has add a leafs in the back and aftermarket front springs or add a leafs in the front.
 
Stock fender height is 34'' in the front and 36" in the rear I believe. The spec is in LMC truck for reference. I've checked this before but it has been years.
