Lift kit?

I have a 2010 jeep wrangler unlimited sahara 4 door I Want to lift it 3 to 4 inches . I been looking at lifts online an I have seen lots of complaints about the ruff country lifts was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on those lifts or what lift is the best to get ? I wanna run 35's

If you want to run 35's you only need a 2.5" lift. I'd steer clear of rough country lifts as they typically don't hold up well long term.

Id probably look at something from Rock Krawler like their 2.5 Flex kit.

How much do those lifts cost? How much to install?

Which one? The AEV 2.5" with geometry correction brackets installed, tax, and aligned is in the $1600 range all in. The BDS is in the $1200 range same way. The AEV 3.5" is quite a bit more but includes the hi steer conversion, procal, and a bunch of options.
