Can anyone tell me the best way to lift my 78 F250 and how much lift would it take to clear 44s and btw im running a 4" lift now with 36s probley could un 38s and be real tight. any help would be greratly appreciated and you can also reach me at 919 223 1621

you could clear them with 12 inches of suspension. but it might not give you all the flex room you want. So you can add a body lift if you want, I did. But I have chevys, and my buddy has a bronco on 44s that clear with a 12 inch lift; skyjacker, I believe.

Sell the 4 inch, go to a 12 inch suspension kit, will not be the best flexing vehicle but it will do enough. I had a 78 k20 with a 12 inch suspension and 2 inch body, cleared 44's with plenty of room but the thing just wasn't practical for anything but a mud toy. If your expecting to crawl rocks and stuff, I just don't think its the right rig.

I had a 79 bronco years ago on 42's with 12" of lift and when it flexed it was tight. If I went up to 44's it might would've worked with a 2" or 3" body lift. Put some pics on here so we can see what your working with. Good luck
