lift/tire combo for F100

72 f100 4x4 stock

it has 31s on it now no problem
im lookin at a cheap set of 35's

Think they will fit?

I dont want to lift it if they want cause I have the money for my skyjacker 9" but dont have the money for tires to go with it.

any one with pics of a ol bump side lifted would be great as well

Definatly need to go shackle or block lift 2-3 inches, or do some fender trimming.

I have a friend who has a 69 with 33s. I know they tight but not sure if it has lift or not.

33's are a tight squeeze stock, 35's will need about 2.5-3" to be a tight squeeze. 9" and 35's would look goofy, but wouldn't be as bad as not having the ability to turn. A 4" lift is perfect for 35's on a truck that sees mostly street use, any serious trails and you'll want at least 6" with 35's.

Not a bumpside, but for reference this is 9" with 35" boggers on a '79, which has similar proportions.

I agree with Dave...you'll need a 4"er for 35's on that, had it been a 250, different story.
