Yep, a Mercedes Smart palm sized car lifted with ag tires.
At first, I thought this was kind of silly, until I realized it had mog 406 portals and drivetrain, an I6 turbodiesel, and 54" tires. Unfortunately, the wheelbase can't be more than about 80", guessing by proportions, and its about 12ft tall. Still rather interesting.

The off-road character is further emphasized by oversized wheels and the safety cage made of aluminium tubes.
 
I like how the tires are taller than the body.
