Yep, a Mercedes Smart palm sized car lifted with ag tires.
At first, I thought this was kind of silly, until I realized it had mog 406 portals and drivetrain, an I6 turbodiesel, and 54" tires. Unfortunately, the wheelbase can't be more than about 80", guessing by proportions, and its about 12ft tall. Still rather interesting.
