What do y'all think? I'm very pleased with the fit, finish, and ease of installation. Got the 6" Rough Country non-torsion bar drop lift. It rides and drives like stock. Sitting on 315's and H2's. I think I may add another inch to the rear or loosen the t-bars a little to level it out. It looks to be sitting higher in the front than it really is. My yard has a slight slope to it.

did u convert the truck to 8 lug?
Well, as most may frown upon this, I got some adapters to be able to put the wheels on. They are very beefy and I'm not going to be pulling anything heavier than my Sami on my trailer. I've got about 4k miles on the adapters and I've pulled the wheels off 3 times to check them and they have not loosened the slightest bit. I'm happy with it.

Thanks y'all! I'm very pleased with the way it turned out. My lady asked me today if I had done anything different to my truck. I only had it in the garage tore all to pieces all last week and she couldn't get in the garage. "No hunny, I haven't touched it." :flipoff2:

I am not a GM lover but that is a good looking truck, it isnt over done. I do have 1 question, why did you go with the rough county lift? The reason I ask is that we do a lot of lifts and I always charge more labor on the rough country because the fit and finish is so shity and have some hardware missing. Also comparing several similar trucks with 6 inches the RC dosent seem to ride as smooth as some of the other lift companies.

Thanks! The only other thing I plan on doing to it is a winch on the front with maybe a Warn brush guard and some tow mirrors.
The fit and finish of this kit is great and the ride is like stock. I went with this one because it was more economical and it's the non-torsion bar drop kit. I couldn't be happier and all of the parts were there. The only thing that was missing to begin with was UPS didn't put Box 3 on the truck for delivery on Monday and I got it Tuesday. The only thing I wish was different was if they gave a 6" block or a 4" block with an AAL to level it out. I do have a one inch zero rate to fix that though. I like my trucks to either sit level or have a slight rake to the front.

Looks good! Where you get the front tag? looks like something you got from Clays in Brasstown, NC.
I got it at the flea market here in Augusta years ago right after I got out of high school. it's been on dang near every vehicle I've owned.
