Lifter Tick

CD2 oil additive works really well. I've used it a few times and it's always worked. I know Napa sells it, probably find it at any of the parts houses.

If it's real bad, do an oil change with ATF but only idle the engine!! Run for like ten minutes, shut off wait a few hours, repeat, repeat. Change out oil and filter. Never tried it myself, my friend that's a old gm tech swears by it on older motors that have sat.

ATF seems scary to throw in ya engine but def is old sbc trick that works! I've found seafoam in the oil before a oil change will do wonders for lifters also good to put it in Intake YouTube has tons of videos but instructions on the bottle explain it the best! I use seafoam in crankcase, intake, gas tanks 2 times a year!

I was researching an add on Striction, which everything goes to YouTube. It's more for diesel injectors, but seem it would work for anything. It's just One of the Many anti-friction additives on the market. I recall "Bestline" being rated highly too, & "Archoil". I haven't tried any. More familiar with Marvel Mystery & ATF.

^ what he said!
