lincoln continental diesel?

has anyone ever seen a lincoin continental with a diesel? i just picked a car up last night that has a 2.4 turbo diesel in it that bmw made, ive never seen or heard of it. after doin a little research i found they only put it in the 84 and 85 and only 200 to 500 were made. has anyone else every seen one are the motors worth a shit?

My dream tow rig is a Lincoln Town Car with a Cummins 6BT.

A friend is still into lowriders, he knows a guy that put a 24v cummins into a late 60's caddy.

As for the lincoln, i would guess that if they were worth a shit, they would have made more.

it came factory in the car. the injection pump looks just like the one in my 93 12v cummins.

BMW diesels last a long time. Check, it might actually be a timing belt motor. Some were some weren't.

That just means it's a Bosch... std. on VW diesels also
