Does anybody know of or have any good experience with an attorney for a ticket in this county. i need to take care of one that I just got and I can not afford for my insurance to go up any more. so do you have a name and number where I can get a hold of one. thanks for the help.

Lincoln County is a joke. If you're cool with just having it dropped to 9 over just show up the day of court. First thing they ask is who would like their citation dropped. Best court appearance I've ever took the time for. My last there was about 3 yrs. ago, but I don't believe it's changed.

Or you can just wait a few days and the ambulance chasers will mail their fees and such from their firms. I got a ticket in Gaston county last year and within 4 days I has mail from 5 attorneys.
