I'm thinking about Lincoln license my front and rear it's a off-road only Jeep with a Dana 30 and 35. Don't have time to order a Spartan locker before my event next weekend what's y'all's thoughts

Good luck getting the rest of the c clip shaft out when you snap it. That's a quick way to upgrade from the D35.

if you truly hate your Jeep , only plan to wheel it 50 yds, go ahead, 35 go boom quickly

Leave it open and improve on your driving skills, ita good experience

weld the darn things already, seriously! I've been the king of welding all stock jeep axles forever now and personally (despite others experiences) I've not broke a 35, plenty of D30 shafts but on 35s when being stupid lol. What's it gonna hurt...if you're gonna wheel a dana 35 might as well get traction while doing so, just don't be stupid with it. As for Dana 30, it should hold up to 37s welded if you're mindful and not banging it on rocks. You also didn't mention what kind of jeep..XJ dana 35s is my only experience with and I've wheeled those welded more than I care to admit, including on 40s welded for street and snow playing, still held up. I've mostly noticed on ZJ and TJ/YJs people break the turdyfive easily on 31s...that's beyond my comprehension lol but whatever, they break em easy. Cherokee D35s for some reason hold up better for the most part unless you're being retarted with it.
Putting a Locker in the D35 is a waste of money so please don't do that...weld it, wheel it, save up for 8.25 or better!!!! Happy wheeling
